Scout
Researches the property before the shoot and proposes video ideas that suit it, then reads every incoming frame and builds the technical, scene and duplicate evidence.
Cannot select photos, alter pixels or publish.
Curator
Builds one whole-property selection with coverage, variety and package discipline. This powers Select.
Cannot retouch, write claims or publish.
Retoucher
Turns approved frames and plain repair requests into finished image candidates.
Cannot approve its own work or move a delivery.
Guardian
Checks the exact files that would ship and asks for bounded repairs when they are safe.
Cannot change pixels or publish.
Storyteller
Turns the delivered set into the listing's chapters, copy and presentation, and directs the AI Reel motion, music and sound.
Cannot change the selection or the pixels.
The handoff
Nothing ships until Guardian clears it.
Scout reads it, Curator picks it, Retoucher finishes the master, Guardian protects it and prepares delivery variants, Storyteller tells it. Each hands off only what it is allowed to touch.
